complexe et non plane (arqu\u00e9e). Le principal d\u00e9fi consistait \u00e0 percer une s\u00e9rie de trous parfaitement perpendiculaires sur ce profil incurv\u00e9, une t\u00e2che impossible pour les machines \u00e0 3 axes standard sans de multiples configurations complexes qui compromettraient la pr\u00e9cision.<\/p><p>Notre solution a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 tirer parti de nos capacit\u00e9s avanc\u00e9es d'usinage simultan\u00e9 sur 5 axes. En programmant un parcours d'outil pr\u00e9cis qui ajuste constamment l'angle de l'outil pour qu'il reste normal \u00e0 la surface de la pi\u00e8ce, nous avons pu percer chaque trou avec une pr\u00e9cision et une perpendicularit\u00e9 exceptionnelles en une seule fois. Cela a permis non seulement de garantir les tol\u00e9rances g\u00e9om\u00e9triques critiques, mais aussi d'am\u00e9liorer consid\u00e9rablement l'efficacit\u00e9 de la production.<\/p><p>Le r\u00e9sultat a \u00e9t\u00e9 un composant parfaitement fabriqu\u00e9 qui r\u00e9pondait aux exigences strictes du client en mati\u00e8re d'ajustement, de fonction et d'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du signal,
